Jim George directs the overarching strategic vision, intellectual property development, sovereign government partnerships, and academic research at Vellmade. He holds professional credentials in Global Career Counseling from UCLA Extension and is the author of peer-reviewed research on the Sports Career Psychometric Profiling Assessment (SCPPA) framework published in the International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts.
Jim is the lead inventor on Vellmade’s patent filings for computer-implemented, bias-neutralized psychometric profiling. In August 2026, he presented the foundational SCPPA framework at the Sport India Conference 2026 (organized by the Sport India Foundation and the Physical Education Foundation of India, supported by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
